Shalom: Wholeness and Blessing

Hebrew keyword: שָׁלוֹם (Shalom – ‘Peace’/‘Wholeness’)

Shalom doesn’t mean only ‘no conflict.’ It’s the wholeness, balance, and connection that Torah seeks to bring into your life. Receiving Hashem’s presence—panav—nurtures inner serenity you can share with others.

Personal insight: Bringing a little more shalom—to your family, workplace, or even your inner thoughts—spreads blessing.

Emotional connection: Allow yourself a pause to appreciate the quietness of this wish, especially as Shabbat approaches.

Reflection/practice: Before your day ends, wish someone (or yourself) a moment of peace.
