Breath – נְשָׁמָה (Neshamah)
The Hebrew word נְשָׁמָה (Neshamah), pronounced ne-sha-mah, means 'soul' or 'breath.' This verse reminds you that your very breath is sacred—a gift from the Divine, connecting you to all of creation.
Each breath is a reminder of your worth and your connection to something greater. Take a moment to appreciate the miracle of simply being alive.
Reflection: Pause and take three slow, mindful breaths. With each one, remember: you are filled with sacred breath.
