Proverbs 2:3 Halakhah

כִּ֤י אִ֣ם לַבִּינָ֣ה תִקְרָ֑א לַ֝תְּבוּנָ֗ה תִּתֵּ֥ן קוֹלֶֽךָ׃

Yea, if thou call for understanding, And lift up thy voice for discernment;
