Joshua 13:19 Midrash

וְקִרְיָתַ֣יִם וְשִׂבְמָ֔ה וְצֶ֥רֶת הַשַּׁ֖חַר בְּהַ֥ר הָעֵֽמֶק׃

and Kiriathaim, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of the valley;
