כִּזְכֹּ֤ר בְּנֵיהֶם֙ מִזְבְּחוֹתָ֔ם וַאֲשֵׁרֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־עֵ֣ץ רַֽעֲנָ֑ן עַ֖ל גְּבָע֥וֹת הַגְּבֹהֽוֹת׃

Like the symbols of their sons are their altars, And their Asherim are by the leafy trees, Upon the high hills.

As they remember their children, [so do they remember] their altars Like the remembrance of their children, so was the remembrance of their altars to them, like a man who longs for his son.
