כִּ֤י רִנְנַ֣ת רְ֭שָׁעִים מִקָּר֑וֹב וְשִׂמְחַ֖ת חָנֵ֣ף עֲדֵי־רָֽגַע׃

That the triumphing of the wicked is short, And the joy of the godless but for a moment?

that the triumph of the wicked throughout all its duration, has come but recently, and will not last for any length of time.
