הֶן־אֵ֣ל כַּ֭בִּיר וְלֹ֣א יִמְאָ֑ס כַּ֝בִּ֗יר כֹּ֣חַֽ לֵֽב׃

Behold, God is mighty, yet He despiseth not any; He is mighty in strength of understanding.

Behold God is great in wisdom and in mercy.
