Proverbs 19:2 Commentary: Rashi

גַּ֤ם בְּלֹא־דַ֣עַת נֶ֣פֶשׁ לֹא־ט֑וֹב וְאָ֖ץ בְּרַגְלַ֣יִם חוֹטֵֽא׃

Also, that the soul be without knowledge is not good; And he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.
