חוֹשֵׂ֣ךְ אֲ֭מָרָיו יוֹדֵ֣עַ דָּ֑עַת וקר־[יְקַר־] ר֝֗וּחַ אִ֣ישׁ תְּבוּנָֽה׃
He that spareth his words hath knowledge; And he that husbandeth his spirit is a man of discernment.
